Who we are
Khurram Filling Station is an authorised PSO dealership at Opposite Garden Town, Gujranwala, Sialkot Bypass Road. This policy covers our public website and the loyalty login that you can install from this site.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may hold:
- Contact messages: your name, email and message when you write through the Visit page.
- Loyalty accounts: your name, 11-digit mobile number, a hashed PIN (we do not store the PIN in plain text), points balance, fill history and reward redemptions.
- Session cookies so customer, staff and admin logins stay signed in. See the Cookie Policy.
You do not need an account to read the public pages or to buy fuel at the pump. Cash and card fills at the nozzle do not require this website.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Reply to messages about the station, directions or the loyalty card.
- Run the loyalty program: add points after a fill, show your balance, and redeem rewards.
- Let staff and admin operate the loyalty desk on site.
- Keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for unrelated marketing lists. Staff see loyalty records only as needed to scan fills and redeem rewards.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and follow up. Loyalty records stay while your account is active so points and history remain available. Unused points may convert at month end as described on the loyalty program page. You can ask us to close an account.
Your choices
Email khurramfillingstationpso@gmail.com or call 0321-7800035 to ask what we hold, to correct a name or mobile number, or to close a loyalty account. We will need to confirm the mobile number on the account before we change or delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or loyalty service changes. The date at the bottom of this page is the latest version.
