What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. They help a site remember a session or a simple preference. Similar tools include local storage on your device.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you as a person for marketing. Some data held in a login cookie is personal because it keeps you signed in. That use is described in the Privacy Policy.
Session and persistent cookies
- Session cookies last until you close the browser, or until the session ends.
- Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. Our login cookies can last up to 30 days so you do not have to sign in every visit.
Cookies we use
On this site we use a small set of first-party cookies:
- kfs_c: keeps a customer loyalty login active.
- kfs_s: keeps a staff login active at the loyalty desk.
- kfs_a: keeps an admin login active.
These cookies are HTTP-only. They are not read by scripts in the page. They are set only after a successful login. Logging out clears them.
The public pages (home, about, team, visit, loyalty overview, and these legal pages) work without those cookies.
Local storage
If your browser supports installing this site as an app, we may remember that you dismissed the install prompt so it does not appear on every visit. That value stays on your device.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block login cookies, the loyalty, staff and admin areas will not stay signed in. You can still buy fuel at the pump without using this website.
